The way to get to this property is you drive approximately 13 miles East of Cuba on State Road 126, (remember, real estate agents always use the word approximately), then you come to Forest Road, (FR), 103, also known as the Pipeline Road, Rock Creek Road, and proceed approximately, (there we go again), 8.5 miles to FR 93.  If you have Google Earth or any other mapping program, insert the following GPS coordinates and it will take you to approximately the NE corner of the property, 36° 2'2.82"N   106°42'27.00"W.  This 4.7 acres has a spring that runs through the western part of the property and even with the lack of Winter snow, the spring is still running.   The property has large Ponderosa Pines, Spruce, Douglas Fir and Aspen trees and sits at an elevation of around (notice how I got away from approximately), 9300 ft.  The topography runs from fairly flat to moderate to flat. There is some steep parts; look at the middle photo and that is the steep part, right side.  If you are a hunter the property lies in Unit 6A and only 1/4 miles from Unit 6C.  Lots of elk, deer, bear, turkey and grouse in the area.  If you are familiar with the area, this property is located NE of Wetherill’s.  There is no electric to the property.  There some cabins in this area and many cabins in the Wetherill’s.  If you are thinking that this property is located in the boonies, you are right, and that is the best part of this property because you have all the serenity you want.
