9.0 acres on the river with irrigation

Upper left photo shows what the river looks like in the Spring, Fall and Winter.  Upper right photo shows what the river looks like prior to the rainy season and because a lot of the water is taken out upstream for irrigation.  Once the rains come in, the Rio Guadalupe does increase in flow.  Throughout the year you will be able to catch Rainbow and German Brown Trout.

Upper 4 photos show some of the irrigated parts of the property.  The fruit trees are mostly apple and they do need some tender loving care.  In other words then need some punning  and some irrigation.  There are some dead apple trees but the majority of the trees are producing.  There is no doubt that this 9.0 acres needs some work but with a little elbow grease, this property will be nothing but nice.

Had a little room so I decided to throw in this photo of the beaver pond.  Water is murky from the previous nights rain storm.  It clears up real fast.  All these photos were taken in mid August.
