Take the high road to the property, (county maintained), to the property and you will find great 380 degree views.  May seem a little isolated but on the way you pass several homes that range in price from $150,000 up to 1/2 million.  A little more work is needed to get to your build site but the views override the hassle.   Take the lower road, (also county maintained), to the property and you will pass a couple of 1/2 million dollar homes and just past the property there are a couple of homes in the $750,000 value and one million dollar home.  There are numerous building sites on the lower portion and you sill get some nice views.  You have to drill a well to get water and all the homes in the area have water wells.  There are minimal restrictive covenants and no HOA.

 

You do not have to build a million or a 1/2 million dollar home on the property

but whatever you build the value will be stable in not increase.
